How long will the portrait sitting last ?
A typical sitting lasts 2 to 4 hours. The timeframe is dependent upon the number of people being photographed, the number of outfits, and the number of backgrounds. In addition to these hours, 2 more hours are required for setup and breakdown of studio equipment.

What should I wear?
For portraits, you want to wear outfits that do not draw attention from your face. Usually solid colors without large logos work fine. For group shots, everyone should have complimenting outfits.

How many outfits can I have?
As many as you like. This is one of the many benefits of on-location portraits. We can shoot at your home so you will not have to worry about forgetting special outfits and accessories.

What size prints can I order ?
We print the standard sizes of 3.5x2.5 wallets, 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, 8x12,11x14,12x18,16x20, and 20x24. We also offer framing options.

Do you shoot pets?
Yes, if it is an on-location shoot and it is ok with the host. This is another benefits of having portraits taken at your home. Please let us know in advance so that we can properly prepare.

Typical turnaround time is 1-week. However, if you need your images faster, let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Do you offer a full resolution CD of the images?
Yes. We do offer the option to purchase the full resolution CD of the images. Often, customers find that they like too many images and find purchasing the CD to be the most cost effective. We will also provide you with a copyright release form which is needed when producing prints. Also, the images can be used on the popular social sites like Facebook and Myspace.

What other digital enhancements do you do?
Our policy is, if you can think of it, we will try and do it. We charge $10/hour for digital enhancement, per negative. If you are clear in what you want, the time required should be reduced significantly.

Can I order photos in black and white?
Yes. All photographs are shot in color. However, if you like, we will convert the image to Black and White utilyzing our unique conversion technique at no additional charge.

We sure can. We upload your images to http://hoodandson.photoreflect.com to view and also purchase your photographs. Your photos can be password protected if you like to ensure that only the people you give the password to views your images.
